WWE signings were perhaps most notable this week for who wasn’t signed, after months of speculation and hints that she would be a “no brainer” by Dave Meltzer, Tessa Blanchard was not among the new wrestlers signed this week. Peter Rosenberg doesn’t know who War Machine is, and also believes Ring of Honor is an “indie” promotion.
