Wrestling Observer Radio Sin Limite Returns

F4Wonline subscribers can expect the long awaited return of the Wrestling Observer Sin Limite format this weekend

Sheet Sandwich learned Saturday afternoon that in addition to an 80-minute podcast on the F4Wonline site with co-hosts Mike Sempervive and Dave Meltzer, that the duo also serve up a brand new Sin Limite show on Sunday.

Sempervive and Meltzer joined forces Saturday to record their podcasts covering the WWE Beast in the East show, the departure of TNA executive VP Andy Barton, Smackdown’s move to USA and more.

Nearly Four Hours of Meltzer & Sempervie Served Up

Meltzer and Sempervive delivered a true Sin Limite show Sunday, clocking in at just under two and a half hours—marking the return of their popular double-length podcast format, going in-depth to cover New Japan, as well as pry open the mailbag for an extra-length Q&A session with Meltzer.

Audio quality was sometimes spotty, as Sempervive’s levels seemed to fade in and out throughout the show, but the content was solid, covering there New Japan Dominion show, previewed upcoming New Japan plans, and more before diving into that ever popular mail bag.

Sin Limite had been a somewhat monthly super-sized edition of 2-3 hours in length (usually in two parts), and had gained a lot of popularity among F4W subscribers for its extensive coverage of Japanese wrestling, and extended mail-bag Q&A from Meltzer.

Then, suddenly, it disappeared earlier this year.

According to Bryan Alvarez back in May, the reason why the monthly specials had gone on hiatus was because Sempervive had begun working an overnight shift at his regular job, making it impossible to coordinate a time with Dave Meltzer.
